Greg Hartigan

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Greg & Jill Hartigan are the co-founders of PragmatiK HR and have many years of HR & Legal experience between them which they have drawn upon to assist in the development of Caseflowhr.
Greg has had a successful career in the field of Human Resources and Employment Law, in a wide variety of sectors, including manufacturing, IT training and social care. He has always enjoyed learning, gaining a Masters in Employment Law. He has several degrees including Theology and English and has completed his legal studies to become a qualified solicitor. He is a Fellow of the CIPD and a CILEx Associate. Greg has put this extensive training, knowledge and years of experience to good use in the creation of caseflowhr.

Jill Hartigan

Co-Founder and Commercial & Operations Director

Jill has had a successful career spanning more than 30+ years, with wide-ranging experience in both the private and public sectors, more particularly working in television, property development, holistic health & beauty, West Midlands Ambulance Service and latterly social care.

She has also had experience of running her own business, part of which included the writing, development and delivery of commercially successful training courses via her own accredited training school. The business was successfully sold in 2008, allowing Jill to further expand her career. She is using this extensive business knowledge and experience to help develop and promote caseflowhr for the UK market. Jill is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Jodie Hartigan

Client Relationship Manager

Jodie is a Psychology graduate with a postgraduate CIPD diploma in Human Resources Management. Before joining caseflowhr.ai, Jodie worked a decade in the energy sector beginning her career in HR, with a variety of different HR roles including Talent/L&D Specialist, Project Manager in a European centralisation of HR services and as HR Consultant leading large redundancy and restructure programmes, managing ER cases and leading on pay negotiations. Jodie then changed her career, moving out of HR into customer operations working first as a Senior Project Manager managing teams delivering on both internal change programmes and external industry changes, before  moving into the role of Senior Operations Manager, managing both B2B and residential customer service teams, over 200 employees in size. This wealth of experience in both managing cases as an HR professional and also as a non-HR People Manager supports her move into caseflowhr.ai, providing exceptional service to our clients throughout the implementation process, and beyond.

Joe Fowler

Client Relationship Manager

Prior to joining caseflowhr.ai, Joe spent over 11 years as a Senior Operational Leader at one of the big six energy companies. Joe joined in 2011 and soon moved on to a managerial position and since then has had a variety of leadership roles, from Team Manager through to leading the SME Business Department with a team of over 180 people and managers, which included managing operational restructures and working with ER & HR departments on a daily basis. Joe’s time spent working with SME & corporate business customers has given him a wide range of experience in finance, strategic decision making and how technology can aid a business in making simple but effective improvements and he has bought this wealth of knowledge and experience to his role at caseflowhr.ai.

Ayyab Cockburn

Co-Founder and Director

As a Co-Founder and Director of the company, Ayyab has provided invaluable support and guidance to help bring Caseflowhr to fruition. Ayyab is also a co-leader, alongside husband Jim, of the Martin James Network, of which Caseflowhr is a part. She is passionate about creating a progressive working environment, believes in the power of connection and strives for all the businesses within the Martin James Network to work together to disrupt markets and deliver leading edge innovation. Ayyab provides strategic and technological oversight and guidance for caseflowhr.

Jim Cockburn

Co-Founder and Director

Jim has provided support and guidance throughout the development of Caseflowhr, bringing his extensive wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Jim qualified as a social worker in the 1970s and has since gone on to establish numerous, successful businesses over the past 25 years ranging from social care to restaurants and artificial intelligence, alongside his wife, Ayyab. Between them, these companies have employed thousands of individuals in the UK and across the world. He has provided wide-ranging support, advice and encouragement to these many businesses over the years and oversees the commercial direction of caseflowhr.
